Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) applies to rapduo ai at https://rapduoai.video. It is part of our Terms of Service. By using the service, you agree to this AUP.

rapduo ai is a RAP Duo AI Video Generator: you upload two portrait photos (left and right performers), and our AI animates them into a short duo performance clip (for example hotel-lobby / booth-style edits for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts). You must only upload people you have permission to depict.

• Own or have clear, informed consent for every person in each uploaded photo.
• Do not upload minors unless you are their parent or guardian and it is lawful.
• Follow applicable laws where you live and where you publish generated videos.
• Do not use the service to harass, defraud, impersonate, or harm others.

Examples of allowed personal and creator use:

• Duo performance clips featuring yourself or people who consented
• Meme-style booth edits where you have rights to the likenesses used
• Previewing the tool and purchasing credits for exports you are allowed to share

You must not generate, request, upload, or share content that includes:

• Sexual or pornographic material, including non-consensual intimate imagery
• Graphic violence, gore, or glorification of harm
• Hate speech or incitement against protected groups
• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or sexualization of minors — zero tolerance
• Non-consensual deepfakes of real people intended to deceive or harm
• Copyright or trademark infringement you do not have rights to use
• Spam, malware, or attempts to bypass credits, moderation, or security

We may block generations, remove outputs, revoke share links, suspend accounts, or forfeit credits tied to severe or repeated violations. We may report illegal content to authorities where required by law.

Automated and manual review may apply to uploads and generation activity. If screening systems are unavailable, we may fail closed and block generation rather than run unchecked.
